I found Dr. Bala to be very professional, friendly, and thorough. He took his time to listen and understand why my knee was bothering me and then used a variety of tests to rule out anything serious, which gave me the peace of mind I was ultimately seeking. In order to avoid (hopefully) further pain or injury, he gave me a knee sleeve and sketched out a physical therapy regimen for me to do on my own. Put simply, Dr. Bala did everything I was hoping he would do and more; I can't recommend him highly enough!

Dr Bala is very sharp, focused, thorough. Things can move quickly, but rarely have I felt rushed. I have had a few issues that Dr Bala was able to identify and treat where numerous other doctors and specialists had difficulty diagnosing. He has ordered a few tests to rule out more serious problems over the years, but never have they felt unwarranted or superfluous. I highly recommend him!

It was a great experience. Very little wait. Friendly courteous staff. Dr. Bala was very professional and despite the fact that I had asked only for a brief visit, he still managed to provide me with a longer intervention to relieve my discomfort. I was very pleased.

My visit with the doctor was a very good experience from the helpful staff at the reception desk to the clinical people doing vitals to the tech that drew my blood. The doctor addressed my problem with professional good bed side manner and gave me clear instructions for addressing and caring for my illness.

I really like Dr. Bala but I am very disappointed in the wait time we have had the last two visits. All of the employees are very nice and professional, but again I am concerned at how long it takes to get through the process. When you have to miss work or school, it can get really frustrating.
