The staff behaviors (or lack of behaviors) we're inappropriate. Once I was taken to a room, the front desk staff were running around, up and down the hallways, screaming and laughing. Apparently they had friends swing by to visit bc you could hear everything they talked about through the walls (which were also falling apart). Then a random woman, I don't know her name or title as she never introduced herself, came in, told me to take off my clothes and proceeded to give me a chest ultrasound with no description why- only that this is what the doctor wants. This alone took 40 minutes because she was having trouble with the machine. I am then ushered upstairs where I wait in another room while I listen to Dr. Carabello have a seemingly friendly, personal conversation for the next 40 minutes- and they're just laughing and enjoying themselves. Then someone points out that A. my door is open and I can hear everything they're saying and B. that I've already been here "a long time." Dr. Carabello comes in, apologizes, saying "this patient just shows up to talk to me about his life and problems..."
We speak for about 10 minutes, she has some blood drawn, says she really needs the test results to move forward with care, so she'll call me 24 to 48 hours from now with the results. At this point, she seems really nice and genuine, maybe it's an off day or she has poor time-management skills...
It's been weeks, I have called but I never get a call back. I still don't have the results, and I will not waste my time going back there to wait around so she can hand me a sheet of paper. Now I need to find another GP and start this process all over again.

Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere . The staff was very attentive, and Dr. Carabello is so personable. I felt like I could tell her anything. She seems like a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. I recommend her. Especially for women looking for a good PCP

I was looking for a new primary care physician and I definitely found her. Building is comfortable, clean, and great light fixtures. I waited awhile but that's what you do at the doctor's office. All the ladies were professional, sweet and friendly without being saccharine. Super south Philly, super down to earth. Very happy to have found Dr. Carabello.

Dr. Carabello and her staff were great. She took a lot of time with me and made me feel like she cared, not that she was just rushing through appointments. I'd recommend her to anyone and look forward to seeing her again in the future.
