The Brooklyn location is a spa. Rivka is a heavy smoker. The space was clean but not appropriate for someone who is looking to see a medical professional. Do not go here.

My visit was absolutely terrible and I wonder if Rivka is even certified. The office is a spa and the table that I was lying down on was a massage table. Rivka came in smelling like she had just smoked a cigarette then took a look at me. I came in for a gynecological issue. Rivka looked and said that she didn't have the tools with her to take a swab nor a biopsy so she couldn't confirm anything. Then she said that I should just wait two weeks and see if anything happens. I asked for my money back. Never going back - absolutely awful!
