Honestly, Dr. Bentley was the most kind, engaging, patient, and thorough eye doctor I've ever encountered. He was respectful, did not rush when answering my questions, and showed flexibility in working with my input and preferences. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Dr. Bentley inspires confidence. The wait, however, between being tested by Jack and seeing the
Dr. was forty minutes. Far too long.

Dr Bentley was excellent! He was friendly and warm, and the woman at the optical desk--for ordering eyeglasses--was great at looking up my insurance info, and what I would be qualified for and what would be out of pocket expenses.

This was the worst eye doctor experience that I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I come back for a contact fitting.
The entire purpose of the exam was to get a contact prescription (which I wrote in the note) yet was not informed that I would have to schedule that separately. I have been wearing contacts for years and have not had to get a fitting since I first begun wearing them 10 years ago. The lady sitting in the glasses department (blonde) was very rude as well.
Also, I was not informed that I would be unable to DRIVE myself to work after the exam due to the numbness and dilation. I was also not warned that I should probably wear sunglasses to deflect the bright light. I was told "you'll be fine" and that these tests were mandatory to get a contact prescription - which I did not receive.
This was the worst eye appointment experience (or doctor for that matter) that I have ever had and I wish I could go somewhere else for an exam, but unfortunately, now it won't be covered because I wasted my time here.
On a positive note, the receptionist was very sweet.

Dr Bentley and his technician are both FANTASTIC!
Unfortunately, the only negative part of the experience was ZocDoc and the fact that it had not connected with the office's appointment calendar. The office had no record of me scheduled to come in. Thankfully the staff moved some things around and fit me in. Will be calling the office direct next time.

your third question is far superior to your first two because you are asking for your responder to describe something that actually happened and not just give a subjective opinion about how one feels about the Doc. String together ten of these and you've got an actual instrument of evaluation.
