I had a good experience. The nurse was very friendly and the doctor was helpful! I was a little nervous because I haven’t been to a gynecologist in maybe 9 years but the doctor and staff made me feel comfortable.

Unfortunately ZocDoc classified my doctor’s compatibility with my insurance as “in-network” for OBGYN, which wasn’t the case. However, Dr.Borrowdale & the staff present were very kind to help me connect with the care I needed instead of turning me away completely. I went from being sadly upset to leaving grateful and taken care of. Things like these are important but can vary. I’m glad they were able to do something even if it was just pointing me in the right direction. Front desk ladies were caring and thorough, Dr.Borrowdale was great at listening and giving feedback with a great bedside manner. He was accompanied by a student that I gave the Okay for, I think it’s great to give those opportunities as well. Overall I am glad I had this experience, I do hope ZocDoc makes efforts to better classify eligibility.

Fabulous doctor. Friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. Listened to all my questions and answers them. Only gripe is the office itself. Walked into “Kiddyland”. Not a comfortable place for adults unless you are with your young children.Prefer standard doctors’s office.
