Dr. Brockie was nice. Checks his text messages way too much instead of the patient's chart. His office staff does not get back too you quickly. I saw the Doctor and was of of the office by 11:00 on a Tuesday and he had requested a test be scheduled. I had not heard back from his scheduler Nicole by Friday at 11:00 and called her. She finally called me back at 2:35 and told me she had just sent the info off to my insurance. In fact if I had not called her, she would have never got the ball rolling because she didn't even have my chart. Oh and don't bother filling any paper work out online here, they do not use it at their office. A waste of your time. If you want to get anything done, don't see this doctor at the Walnut Hill Lane office, all work is done at their other location.
