Dr. Dye was great. I went in because of some stomach and abdominal discomfort that I was having, and I was panicking because of my anxiety. Dr. Dye was patient, helpful, and comforting. I am now back to 100% and have a follow up with him next week. He called to check on me and always answered my questions with great information.

My appointment got rescheduled 20min before the scheduled appointment time. Does not listen well - needed to repeat myself 3-4 times to get my symptoms across. My specific questions went largely unanswered or he went off on tangents. Spent a long time asking about my medical history (even though I had already provided that information through a form).

Very disappointed. They lost my blood test results, yet to hear back from them. Also provided me with a heart monitor which didn't work, they basically gave me the device and said if I have a problem to call the company. Very poor service and wouldn't return.

Dr. Dye speaks way too slowly and softly, spent about 30 minutes asking about my medical history with vaccines and diseases when there is clearly a more efficient way to collect that information (give patients a self assessment sheet for example). When I told him about my symptoms or history, it took him a couple times before he heard it correctly.
