Was a long wait because he had an emergency come in just before my appointment... but in all honesty, waiting for him to take care of that is not something worth complaining about... Knowing he's taking care of a patient in an emergency is just another good reason I go to Dr Kraus.

They were running behind this day, which affected my wait time and his "bedside" manner, I'm thinking. Dr Robert Kraus still devoted time and thought to my ailment and treatment plan. This is a new PCP for me and I am very hopeful it works for both of us!
