Doctor Bierman was great. Mine was a "get-acquainted" visit, as I am looking for a new doctor. I am now confused because the office is 20 miles from my home, but I found he and his office seem to be worth the drive. They saw me right away, the staff was friendly and not "aloof", and Doctor Bierman gave me as much time as I needed. He listened and is knowledgeable and kind, and understood my situation completely. He gained my trust with one visit.

I always like my appt. with Dr. Bierman. He listens and is good at offering suggestions to my concerns.
Altho it is becoming harder to reach his office and talking to a real person, I know all the changes are probably for the better. At least I hope they will get better.
