At first it seemed that he felt my visit was a funny joke. I was serious regarding how my health problems were affecting me- physically and mentally. I was asking for assistance if I was wanting to make a joke about it, I could have ask the stock boy or the bagger at the grocery store next time I went. He did finally realize the seriousness of my problem and we settled down to discuss the issue. He could not resolve the issue but we were able to discuss it and some of the other medical problems I am experiencing.
