I was a long time patient of Dr. Bruce Johnson. I have been very pleased with Dr. McBride since he took over his practice. It is not easy to change doctors after 30 years. Dr. McBride and his staff have made the transition very smooth. He is so much like Dr. Johnson with his bedside manner, taking time to listen and answer any concerns you may have ,and making you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a GYN doctor.

After many years of practice with a larger group, Dr. McBride is excited to offer the personal care a smaller practice provides.
He has served as Chairman of the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, President of the Richmond Obstetrical and Gynecological Society and is an active member of the North American Menopause Society.
His interests include travel, baseball, and baseball card collecting. He has combined these interests into an annual trip with his wife Sara, to visit baseball stadiums across the country.
