Not impressed. Doctor Millar walked in sat down and glued his face into his tablet. No eye contact, barely seemed interested in treating me or listening to me. I assume I was his first patient for the day, as he looked like he just woken up from a rough night. This was my second visit to this office and the first time I wasn't even seen by Doctor Millar. Will not be going back.
