Robert Moore, DC, CICE, is the Clinical Director and Chiropractor at Pittsburgh Spine and Injury Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Having always been passionate about health and exercise, advanced chiropractic allows Dr. Moore to help people and give back to his community. Dr. Moore accomplished his comprehensive postdoctoral education through the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine, also known as the University at Buffalo SUNY (Jacobs). He is also a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic. Recruited to Palmer College on a rugby scholarship, and throughout his Doctoral degree, he served as Treasurer, team therapist, and Player of the Palmer Dragons Rugby Football Club. He was on two Final Four appearances in 2010 and 2011, leading the Dragons to a 4th and 3rd place finish in the Nation. Initially practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Moore was the founding president of the Nevada Chiropractic Council, a published author, and a reviewer in journals including the Journal of Contemporary Chiropractic, Annals of Vertebral Subluxation Research Journal, and Journal of Physical Therapy Science. He is credentialed in medical and chiropractic academia in MRI interpretation, spinal biomechanical engineering, and various other topics related to triaging the injured. Dr. Moore has extensive experience caring for spinal-related issues, ranging from trauma-related cases resulting from accidents or sports injuries to scoliosis. His knowledge and education allow him to treat both simple and complex cases. He treats all his patients as he would want his friends and family to be treated. Dr. Moore is a member of the prestigious Academy of Chiropractic that provides the latest research on diagnosing and treating spinal-related conditions. At Pittsburgh Spine and Injury Center, he offers the latest techniques based upon research when caring for his patients while drawing from many years of practice experience.
