Dr. Perello was born and raised in Washington Heights, NY. He is a Board certified Pediatrician with over 20 years of experience. He received his medical degree at the University Autonomous of Santo Domingo. He completed his Pediatric residency with the New York Medical College program at Lincoln Hospital and then completed a fellowship in Ambulatory Pediatrics at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Upon completion he was a Clinical Instructor for the Columbia University Department of Pediatric and Attending Physician at its ACNC clinics. Dr. Perello then moved to Miami where he practiced pediatrics for the next 15 years. There he was part of the teaching Faculty for the University of Miami Department Of Pediatrics. In 2011 he moved back to New York City to return to school. In May 2012, he received a Master’s Degree in Public Health at The Mailman School at Columbia University. Dr. Perello has a special interest in asthma and allergic diseases.
