He is the winner of numerous awards and commendations, including the Brigadier General William Whitaker Citizenship Award, the JC Penny Golden Rule Award for Helping Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children, and a letter of recognition from President George H. W. Bush as part of the ‘Thousand Points of Light’ initiative.
Dr. Pickard’s professional achievements are only accentuated by his community outreach work. He is the founder and medical director of the Hearing Research Institute, and the founder and president of Tribute to the Military – a non-profit organization that helps troops and their families. Above all, Dr. Pickard is a devoted husband, and the father of four wonderful children. Not a good ENT for me. I studied medicine in Cuba and i know what is good ENT examination. For what he did I could have stay with my primary doctor's and my own diagnose. I went to his office becuse I have ear pain and i cant tell if is just my ear or also going inside my neck. But, I think he is tired. He should retire.
