He was very pleasant. Understood my complaint. Tested me fully, gave immediate treatment and suggested excercise regimen.
Time will tell about ridding myself of the problem.

I have been to many Chiropractors throughout San Francisco and Dr Pirritano is by far the best chiropractic experience i've ever had. He was very thorough with my initial assessment and made me feel very comfortable. I was having some very painful spine and neck issues and I left feeling so much better, Dr Pirritano is an amazing healer.

Highly recommend him!!! This was my first visit suffering from back/knee injuries , and after a bad chiropractor experience elsewhere. I was very late and this was his last appointment. Dr Pirritano still too extra time to assess me, with reassuring words and fix me. I feel like the pain I had for years already is half gone ! Thank you for being human, genuine and great doctor!
