There was a new receptionist in the office obviously just learning the job, but she was friendly and eager to please. The rest of the staff was well trained and helpful. Dr Sampson was able to diagnose my problem and spent a lot of time explaining the issue and helping me understand the treatment plan. I never felt like he was rushing to get to the next patient.

I love this doctor because he is smart, personable, a "real doctor" looking at my issues, physical problems, and not just trying to sell orthotics or shoes or whatever. He sees surgery as a last resource and not the first effort, which I appreciate. His staff was wonderful. I could not be any happier -

Office intake was very efficient--they had taken the ZocDoc info and already pre-filled out their forms with everything I submitted there, and then highlighted what else they needed. That was the first time I'd seen that before, and it was awesome! I was seen very quickly by Dr. Sampson and he was thorough in his explanations and recommendations, advising me on what would be just as good with generic brand and OTC meds. He even wrote down his notes to me in an organized list so I'd have it for later reference.

This was my first visit to a Podiatrist, I was referred to him by my Husband so I knew that I would be seen by someone who knew what he was talking about!
It was nice to ask questions that may have seemed "dumb" to me but he didn't make me feel like that.
I would refer him to anyone!
