Short wait, the faculty were really well mannered. I didn't have a baby sitter for my kids so I had to take them with me and one of the nurses kept both of my kids calm while I was being seen by the doctor!

Excellent doctor, loved the work he did while I was pregnant with my first child, he was caring and explained all during my visits. In addition he did an amazing job with my C section, it was very well made, no mess, super clean and I can still wear a two piece swimsuit.

Love the doctor, Hate the staff. They are rude, condescending, and utterly will not help you unless you get pushy with them. They will not call you with routine test results, and when you call for the results they make it really clear that you are wasting their time.

My first time seeing this dr and he was okay..but I've never seen so many hippaa violations and I'm highly aware of that because I too work at a Drs office. I normally see dr Counsell or burton whom I love, the practice is great but I'm not a big fan of the boynton beach office on seacrest.

It's a lack of information coming from one of the staff. I think a new patients need to know how their office works if the staff properly guidance the patient and informed them with the right info. Instead of blaming the patient for something they don't know or you never make a comment of it when they asked a question. Perhaps humans a can make mistakes but never blame or mistreat your patients as it's your fault to don't give proper info. Always remember without patients and bad reviews you will not have a job! Now- doctor was good very very fast and good on my first visit.

Being fairly new to area, I did not know of any ob-gyn doctors. I would definitely recommend Dr Sussman. Very professional & made me very feel comfortable. Also his staff was excellent! I will be going back on future appointments. I found my OB-GYN!!!

I went here for the first appointment of my pregnancy, and I was so disappointed. The staff was somewhere between rude and depressed, definitely no one friendly or congratulatory. Dr. Sussman was nice enough, but he didn't express any real interest in my pregnancy; he didn't even ask how I'm doing so far or how I feel. I have no intention of coming back here for the rest of my pregnancy. I had been so excited for my appointment, and it ended up putting a damper on my day. I also couldn't get an ultrasound in this office today, so just very disappointing all around.

When you ask your doctor for self-exam tips and how they differentiate between normal fibrous masses in the breast and a "lump" or something to worry about, and their answer is "I can't even tell the difference!" Run. I felt rude doing so, but I was so uncomfortable (bad bedside manner) and then he left without confirming if I should wait in the room/get dressed or pick up my prescription with the (extremely rude) receptionists. Never again, I felt awkward and annoyed.

My first time here and wow was the place was chaotic, felt like a conveyor belt. Even one of the nurses apologized because I kept getting left in the middle of blood pressure etc. They even drew my blood in a busy hallway and I could just imagine if somebody had bumped the lady and the needle went through my alarm. Very little privacy, and even less intimacy.
