There’s no way around it: Life is unfair. At times, we all experience loss, conflict, and disappointment. But my mission is to empower you to find happiness and fulfillment while dealing with life on life’s terms.
You can rely on me to be available, approachable, and compassionate, relating to you as one human being to another. I will always be honest with you, even when it’s something you may not want to hear. This way, we’ll develop the level of trust needed to break down barriers and overcome hidden obstacles.
My longstanding practice of vipassana (mindfulness meditation) enables me to bring openness and non-judging awareness to each interaction. By staying focused and present, I am able to hear what’s not being said and help identify the root causes of your struggling and suffering. No matter how dark and difficult your situation seems, I am confident that our work together can lead to a lasting solution.
PLEASE NOTE:
The primary focus of my practice is psychotherapy. Treatment with prescription medications, when needed, is provided for those people doing psychotherapy. I do not offer medication management as a sole means of treatment.
Since I limit the number of patient appointments for the week, I am able to be current with your process and make timely adjustments according to your need. This makes my schedule flexible and additional appointments are open for you. If you do not see the time you desire here, feel free to schedule an appointment and I will call you to work out the best time. I will call all new, first time appointments before the visit.
