Dr. Gartside is here to help her patients through what could be an emotionally stressful and physically taxing time.
Dr. Gartside is committed to expert reconstructive care, and believes that providing support and compassion is one of her main duties as a plastic surgeon. Dr. Gartside holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania; a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Temple University School of Medicine; and has completed residencies in general surgery and plastic surgery at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont and the George Washington University Medical Center. She is the author of several influential articles, including The Biology of Human Malignant Melanoma.
