Dr. Sneed was listening to me took the time to exam me i felt relieved I can talk to a doctor that listens
As usual, Dr. Snead and her staff were terrific and Dr. Snead’s bedside manner was great, but I arrived at 12:45 for a 1:00 appointment, was taken to exam room around 3:15 and wasn’t seen by the doctor until 4:00! I got home around 4:45.
I feel Dr. Snead has patience, listens well and diagnose each symptoms carefully
Dr. Sinead was very thorough in gathering my entire medical history. She gave me a thorough examination before diagnosis.
very thorough, love her
2 hour wait. Dr or staff do not apologize. Can hear other patients visit info in next room. Dr more visually focused on computer in front of her. Have to remind dr of previous ordered treatment and receiving test results. I did find Dr to be aggressive with treatment which in the bottom line could be all that matters.
AS USUAL SHE IS THROUGH, thoughful, super pleasant personality, and genuine lay concerned.
Very good doctor thorough, definitely believes in test
I waited two hours before I was seen, then another hour before I saw the doctor. I didn't get the prescription refill or test appointments I requested, and was given a test I didn't request on a machine that didn't work. After not being able to make the co-payment due to the office internet malfunctions, I gave up and left. Four hours down the drain and very little service...not a good experience for a first appointment.
Visit was good. Waiting time was less than in past visits. Staff is friendly and courteous.
I've been waiting for almost an hour. A patient who was super late for their appointment went back immediately while I arrived before my scheduled appointment time. This doctor primary deals with the elderly as I have never seen anyone under 40 in the office. If you like waiting for a half explanation of your problems go see her.
As usual, the staff and doctor were very professional and helpful.
Dr Snead was professional and thorough, I would recommend her as a doctor...she covered all preventative questions and past history, overall a pleasant visit
The wait time was much better than in the past. The staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Snead, as usual, has an excellent professional manner.
Dr. Sneed is new to me but from what I can see and what I experienced with her she is very thorough she is very hands-on and she cares about what's going on with you . I would recommend Dr. Sneed to others I think she is wonderful she is going to be a great doctor for me . I like her very much I think I will be with her for a long time .
Other than the ridiculously long wait, it was a very good visit. The office staff are all very friendly and efficient, and Dr. Snead is very thorough and has a very approachable manner.
She was very kind very thorough and very nice lady.
It was an informative visit
Truthfully I wasn't pleased. My appointment was for 11:40am, I didn't leave the office until 2:40pm When I finally got a chance to see the doctor, she didn't really seem like she was concerned about me. It was though her mind was somewhere else or she was just tired. I feel like I waited so long to see her then she read a bunch of family history questions off the computer. She barely even looked at me while she was talking. She then rushed through my exam. I did get the referrals I needed. But 3 hours is way too long to be at the Doctor's office. Hopefully this was just a bad day. I recently moved to this area , that is why I needed a new doctor. This experience was nothing like what I've been used to. I have HMO and it's not that easy to just switch doctors. So I'm hopeful that the next visit will be better.
As usual, Dr. Snead was very professional and thorough. There was no wait time. I was seen right away!??????
Very attentive to help me.
Scatterbrained and seemed very uninterested in me and my complaints. Kept answering her cell phone (personal calls) during the exam. Extremely long wait and this Doctor is unprofessional and unorganized. Will NOT be back.
She is a very great doctor and very knowledgable . She knows her stuff and she gets to the bottom of whateve issue you need resolved . She's a healer , that's for sure . If she doesn't know she will work hard to try and figure it out or if she doesn't know she will refer you to the appropriate physician that can assist.
She's a wonderful doctor and takes time to talk with her patients.
Terrible all around
Dr. Snead is an excellent practitioner and is very thorough in the care of her patients. Long wait times are probably due to her excellent bedside manner and her attention to detail.
Very knowledgable doctor and a pleasant personality!
Dr. Snead is very thorough and her staff is always really nice! Just be prepared to wait awhile.
Very thorough takes time to listen and makes referrals without hesitation.
She was very nice and very informative made you feel comfortable.
I Absolutely Love Dr. Snead's bedside manner my appointment was like visiting a family member she makes you feel comfortable and takes her time with you explaining everything, I think I may have finally found my ideal physician! My only complaint is the wait time its always over an hour I think scheduling could be better as to not have people waiting that long otherwise I love her and the staff especially Ruth.
I think she is an excellent doctor.
Dr. Snead was pleasant and informative she took her time with me and made sure I understood the test she were requesting and why. Good experience all around the staff was friendly as well.
This is the second time that I had to wait for more thsn an hour. She iand her staff are unprofessional. She would not fill a prescription that I had been taking for 15 years.
She takes her time with each pstient.
She is very thorough and explains treatment so that you understand what and why she is recommending procedure based on her diagnosis. ??????
She has been my doctor for a long time as well as my mother's doctor. She is a great doctor and we love her.
Awful !!!! Got called into the examine room waited about 10 minutes for Dr. She came in and did not have results of test I had taken earlier this week. She left to get the results and i waited for about 2 hours... no one came to say anything. I finally left out of the examine room and went to let the front desk know that i was leaving, she asked me to let her check and findout what was happening. She came back and informed me that they were having a problem reading the results.... Felt like it woud have taken a second for someone to pop in and tell me that. Felt like no one cared.
I did not like this visit. The wait time was extremely too long before I was able to see my Doctor. My appointment was for 11:40 and I didn't see my doctor until approximately 1:55. Also, I was scheduled to see the Dietitian after seeing my primary care physician only to be told that she did not come in because she was not informed that she had an appointment. Poor customer service. I recommend they inform the patients who are waiting more frequently when the appointments are running behind rather than wait until after an hour when you start to complain. They need to work on common courtesy.
Very time consuming (2 hours) waiting. 15 mins consultation.
It was a horrible experience and in spite of the referral for lab work and a MRA, I'm very hesitant to do any of it!!!! I was a new patient that requested to be notified of a cancellation for the day I wanted. Well while waiting the person who was supposed to have cancelled came in. I was called back before her and several other regular patients that had later appts. I was left in there for just over 2 hrs!!!!! I came out once to check to see where I was on the list. I was told I was next yet I heard the Dr in the next room over. When she FINALLY came in, she was apologetic, but that doesn't give me back any of my time wasted!!!!! When I was finished, EVERY ONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT CAME IN AFTER ME WAS GONE INCLUDING THE LADY THAT DID OR DIDN'T CANCEL!!!!! THEY WEREN'T IN THE BACK EITHER CUZ DIFFERENT PATIENTS WHERE HEADING TO THE EXAM ROOMS!!!!! Dr Snead came recommended to me, but I doubt very seriously I'd do the same. I felt much worse than I did prior to coming and I could barely focus on my illness and a few minor additional issues to discuss.
NO HOW TO TREAT AN PERSON. GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER AND STAFF! EW
It was fine once Dr. Snead was able to see me but the wait was a way too long just to get test results! Especially when the results could have been given over the phone. I was brought in pretty quick but once I got in the back room I had to wait for a very long time. Over an hour and for very normal results.
I've only been going to Dr. Snead for a very short time, but did my research on her and am extremely pleased with her services and her credentials.
My care with Dr. Snead is very comprehensive, but the wait time is terrible!
Dr. Snead is wonderful and caring. She listens to your concerns and issues. She talk time out to explain any and everything she sees as an issues and gives you a corrective action plan. Dr. Snead never rush during her assessments and gives you all the time you need during your appt. She will even see you if there is a emergency. She is a great Doctor,
Dr Snead is an AMAZING physician, she pays close attention to details, and her staff is Great.
She is so very thorough.
My visit was execellent.
Easy to talk to. Visit is never rushed. Goes over your info to make sure no stone is left unturned..
The wait was longer than ususal. I think if she is running behind with appointments, you should be told when you check in.
Dr Snead is very attentive to one's needs she leave the door open for questions. Her staff (Ruth) and the other ladies are AMAZING! there friendly and will assist with your off visit questions and concerns.
Dr. Snead was very thorough and very caring. There was also some light conversation and laughter mixed in with the serious concerns. This is always appreciated. Doctors are human, too!
I was scheduled to see Dr. Snead for the first time as I was a first time patient. My appointment was for 1:00pm on a Saturday and I arrived 15 minutes early. I had already completed the paperwork that zocdoc provided so that the process could move along. Once I arrived, I had to fill out more paperwork. Good thing I arrived 15 minutes early. I paidy copay and sat in the waiting room for 2 hours!! Finally, a nurse instructed me to the back of the office to take blood pressure, weight etc and instructed me to wait in a room until doctor was ready. Upon entering the room, I could see there was only one patient ahead of me because this office closes at 3pm. Dr. Snead was also sitting and eating at this time. Anyhow, I sat in the patient room for another half hour and by this time, I was angry and ready to go!! No one, absolutely no one came into the room to check on me just to make sure everything was okay since I was coughing my brains out. No one came in to apologize for the wait or anything. I got up to leave and that's when Dr. Snead asked if I was coming back. I told her that I was sick and had to pick up kids and did not expect to be waiting this long. I then heard her ask the nurse if someone else was picking up the kids as she was eavesdropping on my call to my husband. I asked for my copay back and left angry and still sick. She phoned me within an hour and THEN apologized and blamed it on not having a courteous team. She asked me about my symptoms over the phone and had meds sent to my local pharmacy. Even with doing this, which I think was very inappropriate, I will NEVER go back to her and would NEVER refer family or friends. I also noticed that Dr. Snead could see that I was a bit angry and dissatisfied but she just looked away.
I love Dr. Snead's caring manner - she really does care about each of her patients! Her staff is very helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. I know I am in good hands and trust her and her team implicitly. She is the absolute best!
Very informative. Took time to explain my issues, and answered my questions.
It was great!
I love the doctor but everytime I go there I have to wait more than an hour to be seen. I don't appreciate my time being taken for granted. I am very sympathetic to emergencies but not everytime I'm there.
Dr. Snead is a great doctor. Informative, patient and I believe she cares about her patients.
It was great! I didnt have to wait long. She was personable and answered all of my questions.
Her patience and ability to explain potential health risks phenomenal....She really charted my body
As usual, Dr. Snead was very professional and thorough.
I love my doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Snead's for 24 years! She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was hospitalized during the week of Christmas and she came to check on me daily. She is thorough and takes the time to answer all of your questions. She doesn't rush you through your appointment like other doctors. I truly appreciate her and would highly recommend her. She also has a great staff!
I always feel very comfortable with Dr. Snead. She is open and appears genuinely concerned for me as a patient. She is also really good at expressing any health concerns in a manner that gives the patient the message of importance, while minimizing anxiety, if there is a potential or confirmed problem/diagnosis. I appreciate Dr. Snead as my primary physician, and plan to do better with implementing all of her recommendations to move me towards a healthier state of being. I always feel much better when the visit wait time is minimal, like I experienced today.
It was very informative, Dr. Snead explains everything so that you will uderstand.
Wait time in the examination room can be reduced. Dr. Snead is through. She has a concern for her patients and persistent when lab work hasn't been done. S stands for Stalker not Snead. Lol
Dr. Snead is in my opinion a very good doctor. She really has the best interest of her patients at heart. On my first visit she gave me a thorough examination and explained everything she was doing, why, the test I needed to have and why, and she gave me very good advice as to how to take better care of myself and was not pushy or judgmental but was kind and concerned about me and what was best for me. I appreciate her caring attitude and her humble sp
She is very thorough and looks at the tests results does address your questions in relation to the tests she has ordered and is the first physician that has showed concern for preventing future complications.
She was very knowledgeable.. I'm looking forward to my return appointment...
very informative,answered all my questions
Dr Snead does take time with her patients which is good but the wait time is outrageous.
She is good
She is an excellent doctor
I went two different times. Each time I waited at least two hours before seeing the doctor. I also had them draw blood and I asked if the lab they were sending it to would be in network with my plan. They asked what plan I had and they said yes. Well it is not. It was very expensive bloodwork and I think it wasnt needed.
It was a great visit. Dr. Snead was phenomenal.
