She received her medical degree from University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at St Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana and her Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston and worked in a large group practice prior to founding Advanced Endocrinology and Diabetes Clinic. She has been in practice for over 11 years.
We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the endocrine system, diabetes, and metabolic disorders.
We are located just outside the Texas Medical Center on the Texas Women’s Hospital campus.

My first visit and her PA Angela was great. She took her time to listen to all my concerns; reviewed my extensive patient records and asked engaging and pertinent questions. By the time Dr. Harbison saw me they had a plan that I could agree with. I felt confident that she was thorough and acknowledged all the important issues.

I believe that it is vital that patients find a doctor that meet their medical needs. Dr. Harbison fits our needs for both my husband and me. She is on time, we were early and were taken early for the office visit. The staff is professional, assuring and patient. Dr. Harbision had plenty of time for me and answered all my questions and concerns and in addition went over options I could consider to better fit my treatment. It starts at the front desk where the admitting receptionist actually smiles and welcomes you. The rest of the staff is just as eager to make one feel comfortable. The doctor is young but very knowledgeable.
