As I come to understand your circumstances, I provide education about symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment. Then, we formulate a plan together that respects your values, draws on your strengths, and addresses target symptoms. The process of mutual communication, understanding, and action continues through healing and growth into fine-tuning around personal goals - getting the most out of life.
My care includes treatment for symptoms including ADHD, behavior, depression, mania, psychosis, trauma, anxiety, autism, and Asperger's. I provide psychotherapy (talk therapy) for children, adults, and families and medication management services for children and adults. My style is collaborative and inclusive, focused on your goals and growth.
