I felt Dr Harden was very thorough in figuring out your concerns. I was impressed that he took the time to understand the big picture and not just simply focus on allergies. He was quick and I was Fortune to be off work and available to wait for the other scheduled patients to be seen so he offered to compete 3 visits worth in one day, so that I didn't have to prolong my experience.
Dr. Harden was very nice with good bedside manner. He asked a lot of great questions to help figure out what would be the next best step. He then explained everything in an easy way for me to understand. Very nice and personable.

More about Dr. Roger Harden, MD

A leading Austin allergist, Dr. Harden has been serving the Greater Austin area since 1987. Dr. Harden graduated from the Johns Hopkins Medical School in Baltimore, Maryland after receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Harden serves his patients with a wealth of information and experience, an eagerness to educate the public on allergy issues and a friendly demeanor that instantly puts clients at ease. "On behalf of myself and my office staff, welcome to this view into our allergy practice. We care for people of all ages with allergic disorders. These include hay fever, cedar fever, asthma, eczema, food allergy, bee sting and fire ant reactions, sinus problems, poison ivy and other contact allergies, and a variety of other less common problems. The most important tool for treating your allergies is knowledge. What substances are you allergic to, which are most important, how are you getting exposed to them, how are they affecting you and your life? That’s why the first step in your evaluation is for us to listen to you, followed by questions to clarify details. Skin tests, blood tests and trials of avoiding or exposing you to possible allergens are all useful supplements to help confirm your allergies. Our goal is to make your life “pleasantly uneventful”, with a minimum of disruption from allergies and from their treatment. Is there a practical way for you to avoid what you’re allergic to? Is there a medication which would give you significant allergy relief without unacceptable side effects? Would allergy shots help? These are some of the questions that we will answer. We look forward to caring for you. Please come see us!" Dr. Harden

Very efficient, friendly, and professional.

Dr. Harden is great! However, the nurse appeared to be sick and was sniffling and blowing his nose while checking my vitals - Not acceptable at a doctor's office!
Great!

Always friendly & timely.
I like Dr. harden - he's a good listener, cares about his patients, and always has realistic and helpful solutions for my medical concerns. His nurses always follow up w/ me to make sure I'm getting better several days after my appointment.
Completely satisfactory, very professional.
I've been seeing Dr harden for over a year. In addition to allergy shots he's helped me pinpoint some of the sensitivities that I have that have exacerbated my allergic reactions. He asks a lot of questions and gives helpful suggestions. He and his staff are friendly & helpful. I would reccomend him for your allergy issues.
My whole family has been to Dr. Harden's office for allergy testing. Dr. Harden explains everything very well and is very friendly. The office staff is so courteous. And while getting a shot isn't "pleasant" they do a very good job at making it as quick and painless as possible.
I love Dr. Harden and his staff. Everyone is friendly and efficient, and Dr. Harden does not rush during your appointment. He truly takes the time to listen, diagnose and come up with a treatment plan that will work for you, not just a generic protocol. I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes to be seen and my allergy shots are a breeze.
Dr. Harden is my favorite doctor that my family sees. He's extremely personable, funny, insightful and always listens to the patient. My allergies have been reduced to almost nothing since I started seeing him, and I had previously suffered from them for decades. Nothing but the highest regard for Dr. Harden.
Excellent.
