Dr. Roger Morales was born and raised in a suburb of New York City. He graduated from Morehouse College, in Atlanta Georgia. Subsequently, Dr. Morales attended Morehouse School of Medicine, also in Atlanta. His specialty training in pediatrics was completed at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Morales then worked as an attending pediatrician while mentoring medical students, pediatric residents, and student nurse practitioners at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York. Excellent Pediatrics opened for business in Monroe Georgia in 2005 and expanded to Lilburn in 2013. Dr. Morales is board certified, and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Morales is a graduate of the 2014 class of Leadership Atlanta. Additionally, Dr. Morales is married with a son, and is an avid skier, swims, and enjoys trap shooting.
