The doctor and PA were amazing! Very helpful, informative and helped me exactly with what I needed. The nurses were also very pleasant. Only thing I did not have a good experience with was the front desk. They came off to be unprofessional and rude. Hopefully the front office doesn't continue to throw the back office off.

They looked surprised by the fact I had an appointment because I wasn’t at the list for some reason but still accepted me. I had to wait for about an hour tho. And I don’t actually understand why I was prescribed some antibiotics when my analysis showed no infections.

He is a graduate of the University of Bombay in India, with post graduate training in OBST and Gynecology. He was trained in internal medicine at Tulane University in New Orleans, and is a principal clinical investigator actively involved in various clinical research trials. Due to tremendous response and support from his patients, Dr. Desai is proud to open his second location in Duluth, GA.

Dr Desai is clearly very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. The office is small, but clean and busy. The NP, Jenny, is amazing and saw me first. The ladies at the front are quick, made good conversation, and ensure you are heard. Great experience! This office seems too busy for me to recommend to more people, but I’m glad to have a new General doctor office & if asked- will only be honest! Reputable location in duluth.

My experience was indeed the worst it was my very first time and I waited 4 hours before I could leave and over 3 hours to see him. It was an entire day spent there. 11 am to 3:15 pm. Every was doing their business and seems to totally forget about me.

Dr. Desai's office seemed to be chaotic and not organized. I waited around a hour to be seen even though I had a scheduled appointment. My time with the doctor might have been 15 minutes at the most. I think this establishment is more concerned about seeing the maximum number of people it can get through it's doors and not the actual well-being of the patient. I was supposed to return for a follow up but did not bother as the first visit turned me off completely.
