I loved her!!! She made me feel comfortable. She didn'g judge me due to my medications and my diseases. She made wonderful suggestions. She didn't rush me out of the office. She listened to me!!!! She gave me hope and today was the first day in many months, no exaggeration, that I smiled and laughed throughout the day! I have the hope that she will be able to make my disease that's incurable and devestating to a disease that I'm going to be able to accept finally and be able to get to the point where I'm able to function at the status I use to before I got ill a few years ago. This all in the first visit is how she made me feel - hopeful! This is truly amazing as I've been to endless amout of drs and found only one other woman to be so great. I hope it stays this way

Excellent care the whole practice at Gino is great!!
By far, in 49 years, the WORST office staff in history. Their rudeness was profound. BCBS does NOT require a PCP referral under my plan; I told them this. They did not care. I even had another specialists referral; they did not care. Like a fool, I was forced to frantically call my PCP who was off due to a family death and plead for him to fax a non-required referral. The looks on the faces of these " home girls " and their distaste for patients was painfully obvious. They also belittled zocdoc in a slanderous manner.

The doctor was very courteous and thoughtful. She was honest and genuinely concerned about my health and recovery. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an orthopedic :)
