I was nervous to find another PCP after my previous doctor moved but thankfully I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Kuzdak! He was very friendly and listened to all of my needs while making me feel very comfortable. The office was nice and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. I’ve already referred my sister.

He was unwilling to write any kind of rx for me even though it was extremely clear I was suffering from depression very badly I was so confused so disappointed I told him I had not slept in 3 days but he would not write a thing
