I messed up and went to the wrong location. The lady at the reception desk called the correct location and let them know I'd be there in about 35 minutes. They squeezed me and saw me as soon as I got there. Staff was friendly. It was a good doctor's office experience.

I recently met Dr. Patel and I absolutely love him. He talks to you to where you can understand things and he's very personable and down to earth. The office staff is superb! I would highly reccomend him at any time as far as office visits. I have not yet had surgery with this Doctor but I can say that I trust him totally as a surgeon should I need those survices.

Dr Patel has a great bedside manner! He is caring, compassionate, and a great listener. I met him at Methodist Hospital and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He addressed/resolved my problem quickly.

The nurse Connie was very helpful and I want to personally thank her for all of her good service. She is an asset to that office and her patience and knowledge is top notch.
The only problem I had with my office visit with Dr. Patel was when I was due for surgery at 7 a.m. he waas 5 hours late. I understand that there was a rain storm, but every onne else was there at least by 9 a. m.
I was very upset by and with that. I was in excruitiating pain and discomfort. I just thought 5 hours late was very unprofessional.

Dr. Patel is very thorough. He sensitive & He Listens--And give's good advice--He has a wonderful Bed Side manar--I know He was there every after he did my surgery; He's a God Send!
