I went for a new patient appointment with a list of concerns. I have needed to find a PCP for a few years, but procrastination is my downfall. He started a plan for all my issues. He took his time tolisten to me, and make me feel at ease. He will now be my PCP. Thank you

Poor customer service. I arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and the front desk person did not feel like attending. After I told him I had been waiting for 10 minutes or at 10:06, he tells me that he thinksthe doctor can not help me. and change the time of the appointment. I honestly do not recommend it.
