I was really impressed with the surgery. The comfort level was excellent. I felt very relaxed during my surgery. My results were fantastic. I wanted to just look natural and refreshed and that's exactly what the result was. I thank Dr. Koch and the staff for the great care I always felt I had. I highly recommend Elite MD services. R. James Koch, MD is double Board Certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Koch trained at the State University of New York (SUNY) and graduated with honors. He then completed a fellowship in Advanced Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University. Dr. Koch was the Director of the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery, the Director of the Fellowship for Advanced Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the Director of the Wound Healing Laboratory at Stanford University. While at Stanford, he also mentored undergraduates, medical students, residents and fellows. Dr. Koch was voted “Teacher of the Year”, given the “Resident Advocate Award” by Stanford residents and was the recipient of several grants and other awards.
Dr. Koch is a renowned expert in minimally invasive procedures such as mini neck/face lift, rhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery. He also has expertise in methods to improve wound healing. Dr. Koch has trained the most physicians in the in-office mini facelift in the country. He has authored over 100 scientific publications, is an international speaker, has appeared on TV and has been quoted in several magazines such as Allure and Glamour.
Dr. Koch is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Academy of Facial and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Along with serving as the California Medical Association delegate for the California Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery Society, Dr. Koch has also served on the board of directors for the California Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and the Foundation for Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Koch believes in the highest quality patient care.

I have always felt comfortable and well informed about my upcoming surgery. Dr. Koch explained every aspect of my rynoplasty and answered all of my questions. I was very happy that he was concerned enough about my health to make me finally quit smoking. I am thrilled by the results of the whole procedure.
