I believe that he is an intelligent doctor and he will help me make the right choices for my health care. However, I feel that I am just a number to him and that he will not be accessible to me in an emergency situation should I have a question needing a quick response. You can never get through on the phone and I must book appointments on Zoc Doc. I asked him about this and he agreed that it is difficult to reach him by phone as they have 10 doctors in his practice and receive in the order of 500 calls per day. He did not offer a solution to this problem. Perhaps more people to answer the phones? With this being said, I don't know if any other McLaren doctors are any better.

I got to the office 10 minutes before my appointment, waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes and then in the examining room for another 45. Only saw the doctor for about 10 minutes. Very frustrating.
