Dr. Surowitz received his DO degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa in 1971. After completing his training at Flint Osteopathic Hospital in Michigan, Dr. Surowitz practiced in Michigan until 1983 when he and his family relocated to South Florida where he has been practicing for over 30 years.
