Dr. Ron Wolfson graduated AOA from the University of Illinois Medical School, interned there in Medicine, and then entered the U.S.P.H.S. in Atlanta, Georgia. After completing his service obligation, he finished his medical training with a 2-year residency in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Michigan and a 2-year fellowship in Allergy, Asthma, and Clinical Immunology at The Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California. He was happy to bring a West Coast point of view of allergy, asthma, and immunology to the Chicago greater western suburbs, adding to his solid grounding in Illinois medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Allergy Asthma and Clinical Immunology (ACAACI) and the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI). He belongs to numerous medical societies starting with the Kane County Medical Society on up to the AMA and numerous other research and academic organizations. He has been in practice since 1973.
