I’ve been a patient for about two years and have consistently received excellent care. My provider is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He’s professional yet approachable, and I always feel confident in the treatment plan we discuss. The office is well-run, appointments are easy to schedule, and communication is great. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a provider who truly listens and delivers high-quality care.

I made an appointment at Innovative Wellness to inquire about bio-identical hormone therapy. Ronald Zack owns the practice and is very knowledgeable in this field. He took the time to explain what was going on with my body and how to alleviate some of my symptoms. He was compassionate, understanding and thorough. He sent me for bloodwork, and we discussed my results in detail at our next appointment. Mr. Zack regularly attends seminars/workshops to stay current with the latest "innovations" in healthcare. I would highly recommend seeing him if you are considering the most current treatments for menopausal or post-menopausal symptoms.

Iflt like I ws listened to and Ron really was helpful in explaining the pan of care that works with me. His vast experience gave a different perspective and I truly feel like I’m on the right path to getting healthier. I also thought the staff was helpful in finding resources for me.

I was very interested in learning more about the hormone therapy sessions that Ronald offers, and he was very thorough in explaining how the process was like and how it would fit into my plan and personal situation. He is both extremely professional and a compassionate/kind individual. I highly recommend Ronald to any person looking to get personalized, high-quality care!!
