I was assessed by her male colleague, then Dr Alexander joined in. They were both made my experience as comfortable as it could be. I had traveled a great distance and is very concerned about getting an answer regarding my recurrent ear issues. The office staff is organized and courteous.
The doctors and medical assistants expressed great knowledge and communication about the cause of my symptoms. However, as a student who studies health communication, I felt a little bit rushed and that the doctors didn't quite understand the pain I was in. Furthermore, I wish I was able to use narratives, but the time alotted to me disallowed that from happening. On a side note, the view itself was worth the copay.

She was down to earth and human and cared about her patient. I liked her and will make her my ENT physician. On the negative side, the script that Dr. Alava wrote could not be filled at my Walgreens or the one in the same building. I will call and see if he can prescribe something else. I would have liked to have my nose treated with vaseline while I was there. Walgreens downstairs didn't have that either. :)

very good! great Dr.
Dr Rhonda and her staff were very friendly. But my only complain is that when I arrived at her office I was told that Dr Rhonda will be coming in late because she is away for an emergency surgery and that I will have to wait for about an hour. After two hours of sitting in the waiting room was I able to see the doctor.I just want to request that when the doctor is away and cannot see his appointments in time, the patient should be informed before hand via a phone call or text message if not sooner than atleast two hours before her appointment time that the appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled because the doctor is not available. Other than that zodoc did an excellent job in conveniently getting me an appointment with the doctor.I will be using it again if I ever need an appointment and will definitely be recommending it to others as well.Excellent work Zodoc. And Dr Rhonda and her staff were very very considerate and cordial through all that.Thankyou all so much!

It was very enlightening! This was the first time I've gone to an E.N.T. and did not leave with a bunch of perscriptions. I followed her directions and I am starting to feel better already!
