Dr. Harel was patient, attentive, and thorough. He clearly communicated possible conditions and potential root causes, answering any questions along the way, staying friendly and refreshingly non-condescending throughout. He also offered a Telehealth visit for our follow-up after noticing how far I'd travelled for the appointment, something I hadn't thought to address. Overall great and knowledgeable doctor who didn't make me feel small and even inspired a bit of hope.

It was one of those rare experiences where a doctor is actually listening to your concerns and validating your experience. That’s not always the case with autoimmune issues. Some doctors behave as if the condition is not there if you can’t see it. That was not the case with Dr Harel and I appreciate his ease, compassion and commitment to getting to the root of the issue after suffering with an immune condition most of my life.
