In the past year I moved to a new city, started a new job, went vegan, lost weight, and committed to a yoga practice. My life has improved considerably. Dr. Chow listened carefully to my story and congratulated me on my progress. Her questions and comments showed she appreciated the effort I have put into my self-care. I liked listening to her explain to her student assistant as she did my examination. I felt comfortable in an uncomfortable position and that means a lot. My first appointment she helped me address some lingering issues and find the right contraceptive since I've tried several others in the past. I'm so glad she was my first choice on zocdoc in my new city. I recommend her very highly.

Dr. Chow was great but the wait time was frustrating because I had to go back to work in the afternoon. My appointment was at 1:30, I arrived at 1:20 and I wasn't seen by Dr. Chow until 2:15.

She will not take patient concern seriously. Always refers to other doctors rather finding the exact reason. Never listens all issues of the patient. No at all recommended.

I sat in waiting room for 15-20 minutes before being called in by nurse. Had not been given paperwork to fill out while waiting so had to do that in exam room costing another 5 minutes. I asked the nurse how long the wait would be as it was now 30 minutes after my appt. time. Got a vague "soon" another 15 minutes before Dr, comes in. She offers a blank sorry (not sorry) im running late I was so stressed out by that point as I had to leave to pick up my son within 15 minutes. I relayed my anxiety and frustration to Dr who could not have cared less. She proceeded to do a 5 minute exam never asked me a question or if i had concerns, never went over the 3 page questionnairre i filled out and just said "looks good you'll get results in mail"- end of exam and walked out. so my one Dr visit allowed per year under my insurance plan was wasted on that experience! Will not be back and would not recommend

I always have a good experience at this office. Minimal waiting time, friendly staff, etc. Today Dr. Chow had a 3rd year student with her who spoke with me before Dr. Chow came in. I was asked previously by a nurse if that would be okay. I liked the student! She had excellent bedside manner.
