I am a bilingual Russian/English-speaking registered dietitian. I began my career as a dietitian working with adults in nursing and rehab centers. As I progressed in this setting, I began to see younger and sicker individuals being admitted. That drove me into private practice because I'll say no one wishes to be so ill and those that are, often think about preventing further illness. Prevention is not easy, I as a registered dietitian, will guide you to set and reach your health goals. Ultimately, my role is to help you improve your health and well-being.
My areas of expertise are heart disease, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, cancer, chronic kidney disease, liver disease, thyroid health, and weight management.
You can expect a thorough nutrition assessment in your initial consultation. I will motivate you, discuss your recent lab work, hold you accountable when needed, and tailor nutrition plans to your lifestyle!
