This provider is not licensed in the state of MA. My passion and interest in nutrition began due to my own struggles with food and body image. My personal experiences sparked a deep interest in understanding the relationship between diet, mental health, and overall well-being. This led me to pursue my bachelor's and master's degree in clinical nutrition, and to complete a rigorous, clinically-focused dietetic internship. My training has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to help others navigate their own challenges. I have extensive experience counseling clients with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis), eating disorders, in addition to liver disease, cancer, and diabetes. In my sessions, I am dedicated to utilizing a compassionate, informed approach to help my clients. I use an all-foods-fit, holistic approach to address clients' unique needs. My goal is to empower individuals to build a balanced relationship with food and develop habits that promote long-term health and happiness.
