I had such a great visit with Dr Carrera! She took the time to thoroughly go through my history and answer all of my questions. She didn’t dismiss my concerns and I feel less anxious about my health after talking to her. She really spends a lot of time with patients and I will definitely be going to see her again in the future.

The doctor was warm, friendly, and professional. She asked good questions and seemed knowledgeable. She helped put me at ease. The only problem was that my appointment ended up being about one and a half hours after it was scheduled for 11:30 am.

Dr. Carrera is an amazing doctor. She listens closely to everything and hears not only facts, but any fears or concerns one has about all facets of your health. She is well aware of current studies in the field of medicine and how best to apply this knowledge to one's care. She is extremely compassionate and keeps you talking until you feel you have been heard. She works with you to create a plan to improve your health and leaves you feeling like she's an active partner in helping you achieve your goals. She is a true professional and caring person. I highly recommend Dr. Carrera.

Dr. Rose-Marie Carrera is a caring cardiologist. I mean, I could see that she really does care. She's amiable, kind, understanding and patient. She's got a good sense of humor. She goes the extra step to be helpful. A very pleasant cardiologist. AND, most importantly, she also explains things very well and gives a patient a lot of time. Also, the receptionist and the person who sees you before the doctor, who takes your blood pressure, weighs you, takes your heart rate and all that stuff is extremely nice and has a sense of humor, as well. You leave there feeling as if they're family!!!

Oh man I'm always afraid of going to the doctor. I always feel like doctors are cold and don't really know how to talk to their patients. But I must say I was extremely surprised at how warm and funny and cheerful and easy going and engaging Dr. Carrera was. The thing that made me feel good was that she listened to me and let me explain what I needed to explain. She was very personable even going as far as to apologize for having me wait over my appointment time. It's refreshing to know that there are still quality doctors out there that actually know how to speak to patients and that actually care.

Dr. Rose Carrera is quite honestly the best doctor not only because of her titles but her bedside manners are impeccable. Not only does she make you feel like family but she's so down to earth and sweet you just can't help to thank her enough. Absolutely far from me because I live in Queens but I make the trip out to her every time because she's worth it. You won't regret it!

This doctor has the best bedside manner I've seen in years and I work in one of the best hospitals in NYC. She took her time with my father getting to know him and his history, and answering any and all questions. Mind you my father is in his 60s and rarely sees doctors and is quite afraid of hospitals and clinics, but Dr. Carreras demeanor is so open and friendly my father felt very comfortable with her. As other patients have said she gives you peace of mind. Will definitely recommend her services to all my family members.

She is a very friendly and warm doctor to deal with. She's very understanding and concern with your health. She took the time to explain your health issues to you. She makes you feel comfortable at her office, same goes with the receptionist who is, by the way, a guy. He is just as friendly and warm as she is. I would recommend going to her office.
