Roselle is a dialysis RN for over 11 years. She earned both a BSN and an MSN in 2009 and 2018. Roselle went through her country’s nursing program in the Philippines and after completion she migrated to the United States with her family.
Roselle currently works in a dialysis facility as a clinic manager. She started as a dialysis RN in 2012 and worked her way up. She completed her master’s degree in nursing from Maryville University, that is why nurse Roselle is so special and an asset to her patient, and co-workers. She is a nurse practitioner who really cares about her patients and has the patience to detail what course of treatment is best and why. There isn’t anything standard about such a caring individual. If the patient isn’t feeling well, a kind approach will speed up the healing or comfort process.
Roselle recently partnered with home health agency and behavioral facility to be able to pursue her NP career. Roselle’s primary passion is that nursing is a calling, you learn everyday and there is constant change. She feels good when she see’s improvement on her patient’s and provides emotional support to family members simply by holding their hands. Her feeling of fulfillment is achieved when seeing patient’s walk out from her clinic with a smile on their faces.
Roselle enjoys watching movies and resides in Henderson, Nevada with her husband, 2 kids and their fishes.
