The length of time I actually saw her was less than a minute. I felt like I did't have any time to explain to her all of the symptoms I was having. I guess I was just expecting ten minutes of her time, I didn't think that was too much to ask for. I saw her for ten seconds. The good thing that came out of this was I got referred to another physician.

Dr Kennaley has to be the worst doctor I've ever encountered. This was my first and last appointment with her. When she came into the room she had a ugh look on her face, like she didn't want to be there. Then as I'm explaining to her why I'm there she cuts me off 3 different times. She asks me what I'm medicines I'm allergic to, after i have already written it down and told the medical assistant. I tell her and she tells me she has to go look up what she can give me but she would get me a referral to a ENT dr and refill my current script as well. She comes back in and tells me her system just crashed but she would send over my antibiotic and refill when it came back up. I said ok and left. This was on Thursday. Friday at 6pm I go to pick up my medicine and the pharmacy never got the order. I called and they said no one was there that could send over the scripts but she would make sure Dr. Kennaley sents it first thing saturday morning. Well 1130 am saturday morning i call the pharmacy and they didn't have the order. Called the office again and was told they were doing it right then. I go to the pharmacy at 3pm and they still didn't get the order. I call the office again and get a little rude at this point and magically the pharmacy gets the order. They fill it, problem solved right? Nope. The dr a) gives me an antibiotic I'm allergic to and can't take, then argues with me and tells me I've taken it before. I'm a first time patient how the hell would you know what I've taken before? B) doesn't send over the refill of my current script c) takes till sunday for me to get my new antibiotic that i had to tell them to give me cause they didn't know what to prescribe me. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Got there on-time, but had to wait about 35 min to get back, but once I was back I was in and out. I knew what my condition was which she confirmed and I was on my way with the needed script. I will continue to go back.

First and LAST visit... Dr. Kennaley could not have spent less time with me. She refilled what my last PCP had prescribed and was out the door as fast as she could. Ask me know questions about my past medical history or really anything related to wanting to know me as a patient.
She came into the room and stood at the door with her arms crossed and gave the impression that she could careless and was more interested in moving to the next room to keep the billing going. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a good family doctor that you do not waste your time at this office.
Although I could go on and on about my dissatisfaction with my visit I will end with this... She came back into the room with a 1 refill medication of something that I have been on for several years and have had nothing but good results from. When I kindly asked her if she could extend the refills so that I would not have to come back in every 6 weeks(i.e bill my insurance, miss work, etc.) she fire back in a very condescending fashion "I am not going to send someone away for several months and not see how they are doing on the medications". This is after I had explained to her that I have been on them and done well for years. She then said "go see another doctor and they will be glad to do this for you". Are you @#$#$#%! kidding me.
Next she says make an appointment to come back in a couple weeks for a physical... Isn't that what you would think a doctor would do on your first visit instead of stand in the corner with he arms crossed. Nooo, that would be one less billable visit!
No thanks Dr. Kennaley!!...My next visit will be with different family doctor. No need to keep my new patient forms on file.

A year or so ago, I saw Dr. Kennaley and have since made her my primary care Dr. I have also been using her as my women's Dr. She takes time to listen and asks good questions. This visit was a wellness visit and she helped me map out what I need for my age, health, etc.

It all started with the kind fron desk ladies. Dr. Rosemarie and her staff did a great job of being patient with my concerns and explaining everything. I would recommend her and her staff for anyone.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Awful service, I was rushed, unanswered questions, and overall disappointing. The doctor did not care at all about my concerns. I was in the office for 3 hours. Never again!

Dr. Kennaley and her staff were friendly and professional. I was surprised that I received so much attention since my appointment was one of the last of the day, but Dr. Kennaley appeared to take an interest not only in my treatment, but me as a whole person.

The front office staff was unknowledgeable and unhelpful. The doctor did not address any of my concerns. After waiting for more than 30 minutes in the waiting room, I waited an additional 15-20 in the exam room, only to see the doctor for less than 5.

Dr. Kennaley had a good bedside manner, but I found her staff to be unwelcoming. I waited over two hours for a prescheduled appointment, and the nurse who initially treated me was not very kind.

my visit with rosemary Kennaley was very pleasant she was very informative and helped me feel very comfortable I had seen my regular doctor for 25 years so finding a new doctor that makes me comfortable was very important I'm very satisfied that I went to her office she will be my new doctor from now on and I'm very happy and I feel much better today.Thank You rosemary and staff kelly beach
