Clean and welcoming office. Very efficient, very friendly and professional staff. Doctor listened and had a course of action right away. I like her. I also like how easy it was to make an appointment and submit patient info via ZocDoc. Everything was forwarded to the office and they were ready for me when I got there. I haven't had much luck with finding a doctor/staff that I felt put the patient first, were knowledgable and efficient, and were professional. This office was all of that. I hope this is the one and I can stop looking :) So far so good!

She listened without judgement and even drew me a diagram to explain something. She wasn't particularly chatty, but she was focused and thinking about my concerns, which I actually prefer. The entire staff was incredibly helpful about coordinating tests and lab work.

I recently moved to SA and used ZocDoc to find my doctor. I arrived 20 mins before my appointment time in case I needed to fill out forms, which I did. The only other patient with me was a lady who the doctor was waiting to take a urine sample from so I didnt understand why I had to wait 25 mins after my appointment time to be seen. The doctor was professional not chatty at all, my actual time with her and the nurses was less then 30 minutes which I was okay with. My vitals were taken, I was asked health questions, the doctor came in and did the procedure and I was free to get on with my day!

It is a home converted into a clinic. I like the welcoming feeling of the place and the way it was decorated. The receptionists and nurses were very attentive.
Doctor's bedside manners were excellent. She listened and answered my questions without rushing to get me out of the examining room like I always felt with my previous doctor. I would recommend Dr. Castoreno.

I was impressed with the staff and Dr. Castoreno. Very professional and polite. I was there 30 minutes early and I did not wait but 10 minutes. I am glad I made an appointment with Dr. Castoreno. I have found my permanent care provider.

I had hoped for a great experience based on the reviews. I was a bit disappointed and am hoping to find an MD who aligns more with my nutritional beliefs and doesn't sell so many products out of their office. The wait was a little longer than I expected, but you never know with that .The staff were very pleasant and professional.

Great! As a new patient Dr. Castoreno's office accepted me w/o any hesitation! After I completed the ZocDoc check in I received a phone call and then came in. For a new patient walk in it was very fast. The ladies in the office were super nice and personable. I'm glad I came! Dr. C listens and addresses what may be the worse, but cures it out immediately with what's provided at the clinic.
