We at Crossover Medical Center are a primary care center. We take care of all your primary medical needs including DOT physicals, Sports Physicals for school, Medication refill, Opiate addiction with medication(Suboxone) and Medical Marijuana Authorization. We also do I.V hydration and I.V nutrition with fluid replacement and vitamin supplementation.
We will do appropriate labs and referral for pain management and chiropractor intervention as needed.
