The doctor is excellent. Has treated my eyes for several years. For my cataract surgery she took into account a special lens to make sure my eyes were perfect for an astronomer. Both eyes successful cataract surgeries and laser secondary treatments. Office ataff needs better awareness of HIPPA regulations.

Dr. Hakimzadeh received her Medical degree from Tulane University, in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 1992, and her residency at Wayne State University’s Kresge Eye Institute in 1997. Doctor Hakimzadeh received her board certification in ophthalmology from the American Board of Ophthalmology and has been in private practice since 1997. I was pleased. She explained it to me, gave me a brochure on my problem. Checked extra things and wants to see me in 6 wks to see how I'm doing. ALso told me if anything changes in the negative, I should call her.

I was brought into the small office by an assistant of Dr. H quickly but did have to wait quite a while to see the Doctor. Maybe put some magazines in offices for those longer waits.

I thought the doctor was very good and her assistant. I just need to find out how much the surgery is going to cost me. She gave me a lot of information.
When I left no one gave me something to protect my eyes after the eye procedure I went through. It was hard getting to my car because my eyes where dielated and I forgot how that affects your eyes.
