The routines and procedures of the office are a bit confusing for first time clients. The nurse stands out in the hall and yells out a name - waiting for clients to come running from the lobby area! Clients are asked to wait in the lobby for the completion of paperwork which eventually gives the impression that the patient has been forgotten. Overall, the service provided by the doctor herself is A+.
