The office is pretty clean and the staff friendly. I thought it was strange that the doctor himself didn't see me, instead his assistant did. Overall i had a great experience. The only bad thing I would say is that the blood results took longer than expected.

Need to get organized with appointments schedule and actually see patients on time and not have them Waite 2 hours past scheduled appointment and another half hour in room waiting. Too many walked out of frustration due to no being on the schedule or waiting time.

Greatly disappointed! Went in for a second opinion after the first doctor I saw did not order any lab work. I was very excited when that was the first thing in his list. But before even receiving lab work (which took almost two weeks to get the results) I was scheduled for an array of expensive tests. Never received a call or response on any results unless I called the office myself. Only one nurse was trying to help get information to me. She truly tried to go above and beyond. However, I received calls from the pharmacy with prescriptions that I had no idea what they were for. Finally was told I had an infection but the nurse wasn't sure what kind. Communication is extremely important. Informative communicating is not something you will NOT receive from this office. While it's clean and seems professional at first, it didn't take long to realize it's disorganized and you are nothing more then a number. They are just trying to get as many patients in and out as possible. Don't expect any questions to be answered but you should expect to be paying out the wazzoo for an array of unnecessary and expensive tests that you most likely don't need because they are in such a rush and don't explain anything!

I can't help but feel that I wasted my time going in today. I had already gone to general doctor and he basically asked me the exact same questions and I was told to go do some tests which they don't do there. I feel like this could've been told over the phone or by the general doctor. Very inefficient. The wait was way longer than I would've imagined. I make appointments so that I can be in and out but I had to wait close to an hour from the moment I came in to the moment I saw Dr. Daccak. In my opinion, that's unacceptable but perhaps it was just a fluke. As far as the Dr. Daccak is concerned, I have to give credit where credit is due. He was very knowledgeable and nice. He explained the situation and answered any questions I had with confidence so props to him.

Dr. Daccak was very thorough with exploring symptoms and explained things adequately. They were prompt to order necessary tests and ensure previous records were received and reviewed for a knowledgeable diagnosis. The staff is courteous and the office is very comfortable and clean.

Dr. Daccak was very thorough and seemed very knowledgeable. My only complaint is the time I had to wait. It was an hour and a half after my appointment before I was taken to a room and then another 30 minutes before the doctor arrived.

They request insurance before even walking in the door . The receptionist called me 4 times the day before to get my insurance info for "processing" prior to arrival which felt pretty aggressive. When I arrived they requested the info all over again and obligated me to pay prior to even seeing the doctor. How are you paying for a Service prior to receiving it? I asked for the breakdown of the charges which they kept stalling to provide. This was just a consultation. I never got it by the way, only a request to pay the charge. To make it worse, the wait time was an hour when I requested that I needed to be back at work by a certain time prior to arrival. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
