He was amazing. He diagnosed my knee problem right away! And his staff was also incredible and attentive. I was dehydrated and shaky, and the physicians assistant or nurse brought me a water to chug then another one to sip on.

Dr. Nelson is a Utah native. He attended medical school at the University of Utah and completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of California, Davis. He completed the prestigious Aufranc Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at the New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. He focuses on joint Reconstruction of the Hip and Knee, including arthroplasty, revision arthroplasty, osteotomy and knee arthroscopy. He specializes in minimally invasive techniques and alternative bearing implants. Dr. Nelson is board certified in orthopaedics.

Every time I come to see Dr. Nelson & his assistant eric I feel like I'm family. The took such good care of me when I had my surgery on my left knee. They were professional & through thru my surgery, after care and follow-up. I would recommend them to anyone.

My visit was great. Dr. Nelson and Eric did an amazing job doing my right hip replacement. They were very pleasant and answered all my questions and explained how the hip was doing. The doctor also covered any cautions relating to continued healing and developing my balance. Felt extremely satisfied with this and all visits.

Great I felt very good about Dr Nelson. He took the time to inform me on what I was doing wrong & right. He listened to my concerns. And informed me on what to expect next. I highly recomend him. Very good bedside/chairside manor.
