I had a great experience with Dr. Samofal. Last June 2017, I had a toenail problem. He diagnosed my problem right away. The procedure was gentle and dealt with quickly. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. His staff are very professional and kind as well. I would definitely recommend him as your Podiatrist!

After Dr. Russell, he read the result that I was carrying from another Dr. I had gone before, He do not try to give myself other options and he referred me directly with Dr. Michael Banh for he could evaluate me to do a surgery and with Dr. Michael Banh his attention was totally different because he took his time to explain and evaluate my feet first and then give me different alternatives before I got to make a decision to do a surgery on my feet and finally I feel much better with his attention and with the professionalism that Dr. Michael Banh took care of me

Dr. Russell Samofal was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, very thorough and precise. He accurately made a diagnosis of what I was specifically requesting to be seen for and was so excellent at breaking it down to simple terms, so that I knew what exactly the issue was and answered any questions I had accurately. He went above and beyond by noticing something I didn't even realize was a podiatry issue and was willing to go out of his way to check if my insurance covered something specific that would help my foot heal faster and make walking easier.
Changed insurance to one that Dr. Russell takes although, he seems to take most insurances! I have and will continue to recommend him!

I switched from another podiatrist because I no longer work near his office, and I wish I had switched to Dr. Samofal years ago! He was so much more thorough, caring and professional than my previous podiatrist and the same treatment that hurt tremendously at my previous doctor's office did not hurt one bit when Dr. Samofal provided it. In addition, his staff was kind and extremely efficient. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a podiatrist.

The front office and examination rooms were very clean. I especially liked the way the Dr. communicated with me as a patient. Dr. Samofal is incredibly personable and patient, and he is very generous with his time when with patients. He seems very well educated in his specialty and will not let you leave until he's answered all your questions thoroughly. If you're in need a podiatrist who is determined to get to the root of the your problem and not simply patch you up well enough so he can move on to the next patient, Dr. Samofal is your guy.

Dr. Samofal was very knowledgeable and took time to explain my procedure to me. He answered all of my questions and even emailed me instructions on how to care for my condition. His receptionist is very friendly and professional and the office is very clean and welcoming. Added bonus was that I didn't have to wait to be seen; he saw me right away!

I have had heel pain for almost a year and I've tried stretching and OTC orthotics for my condition but nothing worked. I was afraid to see a podiatrist because people that I spoke to with the heel pain told me they would get shots in the heel but it's very painful. I finally decided to see Dr. Samofal and we agreed that the best treatment for me was to get a shot. I was shocked to find that the shot was less painful than my first step that I take each morning. He was very professional, trustworthy and personable. I can't speak more highly of him; if you're looking for a podiatrist I highly recommend him!!!!!

Dr. Samofal treated my daughter for a wart she got on her toe. He made her feel comfortable and safe and took her attention away from the procedure. We went back a few times now and the treatments are working. He also took the time to explain how she got a wart and how to prevent getting them in the future.

I went to Dr. Samofal with heel pain and he took the time to explain my condition and go over different treatment options with me. Based on my active lifestyle, we chose the treatment plan together that was best for me. I liked that he did not pressure me into anything and I feel confident with the treatments we are doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Samofal to anyone with foot pain; my feet feel better already and it's only been a week since I saw him.
